上海紐約大學(xué)2022年本科申請(qǐng)通道現(xiàn)已正式開啟！請(qǐng)登錄校園日活動(dòng)系統(tǒng)：cn.application.shanghai.nyu.edu開始你的申請(qǐng)！

　　在此，我們就網(wǎng)申環(huán)節(jié)為申請(qǐng)人整理了幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)，幫助同學(xué)們進(jìn)一步了解今年的申請(qǐng)流程。

　　1、申請(qǐng)流程簡(jiǎn)化

　　細(xì)心的同學(xué)應(yīng)該已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)，今年的招生簡(jiǎn)章里已經(jīng)沒有出現(xiàn)“Slate申請(qǐng)”字眼了。這是招辦為提升用戶體驗(yàn)、簡(jiǎn)化申請(qǐng)流程做出的重大改進(jìn)。自本輪招生季起，同學(xué)們只需注冊(cè)一個(gè)申請(qǐng)平臺(tái)——“校園日活動(dòng)申請(qǐng)系統(tǒng)”，即可完成整個(gè)網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)。往年“Slate申請(qǐng)系統(tǒng)”所需填寫的內(nèi)容，包括兩篇英文文書，現(xiàn)已集合至“校園日活動(dòng)申請(qǐng)系統(tǒng)”進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一采集。

　　所有申請(qǐng)報(bào)考上海紐約大學(xué)的學(xué)生，均需登錄校園日活動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)名注冊(cè)，并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)提示在線填寫相關(guān)信息以及提交兩篇文書。請(qǐng)務(wù)必于2022年1月1日前完成在線提交，并打印《上海紐約大學(xué)2022年校園日活動(dòng)申請(qǐng)表》。

　　除去需要提前準(zhǔn)備文書內(nèi)容并完成在線填寫，其他的資料填寫大概需要十分鐘就可以完成，在線申請(qǐng)步驟大大簡(jiǎn)化，申請(qǐng)所需時(shí)間大幅縮短。

　　2、兩篇英文文書

　　今年的申請(qǐng)文書仍為兩篇，題目與往年一致。一篇為個(gè)人陳述（Personal Essay），另一篇為闡述你報(bào)考動(dòng)因的“Why NYU Shanghai”短文，均需用英文完成。登錄校園日活動(dòng)系統(tǒng)即可查看。

　　個(gè)人陳述Personal Essay

　　此篇短文旨在考察申請(qǐng)人針對(duì)某一議題簡(jiǎn)潔清晰地表達(dá)自我觀點(diǎn)的英語(yǔ)寫作能力。除了學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，你還有哪些方面希望與招生官分享？以下7個(gè)選項(xiàng)，任選一主題進(jìn)行寫作，長(zhǎng)度控制在250至650個(gè)單詞之間。請(qǐng)盡可能在合適的篇幅內(nèi)完成你的陳述。

　　(1)Some students have a background,identity,interest,or talent that is so meaningful they believe their application would be incomplete without it.If this sounds like you,then please share your story.

　　(2)The lessons we take from obstacles we encounter can be fundamental to later success.Recount a time when you faced a challenge,setback,or failure.How did it affect you,and what did you learn from the experience?

　　(3)Reflect on a time when you questioned or challenged a belief or idea.What prompted your thinking?What was the outcome?

　　(4)Describe a problem you've solved or a problem you'd like to solve.It can be an intellectual challenge,a research query,an ethical dilemma-anything that is of personal importance,no matter the scale.Explain its significance to you and what steps you took or could be taken to identify a solution.

　　(5)Discuss an accomplishment,event,or realization that sparked a period of personal growth and a new understanding of yourself or others.

　　(6)Describe a topic,idea,or concept you find so engaging that it makes you lose all track of time.Why does it captivate you?What or who do you turn to when you want to learn more?

　　(7)Share an essay on any topic of your choice.It can be one you've already written,one that responds to a different prompt,or one of your own design.

　　申請(qǐng)文書題目2

　　為什么選擇上海紐約大學(xué)？

　　Why NYU Shanghai?

　　我們希望了解上海紐約大學(xué)吸引你的原因，是什么驅(qū)動(dòng)你報(bào)考上海紐約大學(xué)的？（長(zhǎng)度不超過(guò)400個(gè)單詞）

　　We would like to know more about your interest in NYU Shanghai.We are particularly interested in knowing what motivates you to apply to NYU Shanghai.We want to understand-Why NYU Shanghai?(400 word maximum)

　　3、寄送成績(jī)單等紙質(zhì)材料

　　完成網(wǎng)上報(bào)名申請(qǐng)后，同學(xué)們還需向招生辦寄送紙質(zhì)材料，其中包括高中期間的成績(jī)單以及會(huì)考（或合格考）成績(jī)單。招辦提供成績(jī)單模板供大家參考選用，同學(xué)們可以在官網(wǎng)發(fā)布的“招生簡(jiǎn)章”頁(yè)面底部找到鏈接，進(jìn)行下載。所有材料均須加蓋所在中學(xué)相關(guān)部門公章或由經(jīng)辦人簽字，并留下相關(guān)部門或經(jīng)辦人的聯(lián)系方式，以便后續(xù)查看核實(shí)。如所在中學(xué)有既定格式，則以學(xué)校出具并加蓋公章的成績(jī)單為準(zhǔn)。
